A recent focused survey learned that club members really want a leader to guide them on a 3-5 miles hike to enjoy a waterfall or overlook, leaving Saturday morning between 8-10 am for no more than 45-90 minute travel time. These filters hit this hike which is a 75 minute drive from the Colonial Heights meeting place. This hike is along the Appalachian Trail through hardwood forest to great views at Little Rock Knob (elevation 4918′). Bring water, snack, comfortable footwear, bug spray, and trekking poles.
