 embers really want a leader to guide them on a 3-5 miles hike to enjoy a w
 aterfall or overlook\, leaving Saturday morning between 8-10 am for no mor
 e than 45-90 minute travel time.  These filters hit this hike which is a 
 75 minute drive from the Colonial Heights meeting place.  This hike is al
 ong the Appalachian Trail through hardwood forest to great views at Little
  Rock Knob (elevation 4918').  Bring water\, snack\, comfortable footwear
 \, bug spray\, and trekking poles.  Please call/e-mail the leader to conf
 irm headcount for transportation.
