We are having our get together at the Eastman Recreation Area, shelters 28 and 32 (near the ball fields). Lunch will be served at 12:30 and will be followed by a short program. A ribbon cutting will be done on the Forest Walk trail in the recreation at 2:00 and will be followed by a short walk (less than one mile) around the loop. Lunch is $5/person for a Panera box lunch.
Chantel Roberts will be keeping up with reservations to the event. Checks payable to Chantel can be mailed to her attention via plant mail to Building 167 or externally to PO Box 511, Kingsport, TN 37662-5167. The Steering Committee is also going to try Venmo payments for the first time – made to “@Jonathan-Shumaker”.
