**Paddlers Needed**
There is an upcoming clean-up effort at Steel Creek Nature Center and Park in Bristol, TN. Past events have apparently focused on the terrestrial portions of the 2,200+ acre park; mostly due to lack of aquatic access around the shoreline. This year they are trying to increase the efforts to police the shoreline margin areas, with special emphasis on fishing line and plastics that endanger wildlife. They are especially interested in getting some paddlers in the water to assist the effort.

Provided on-site: trash bags, gloves, and various other collection equipment. Also providing drinks/light snacks, as well as various prizes for participants (i.e. water bottles, t-shirts, etc).
If you live near Bristol, use the park frequently, or are just free and want to help out with a good cause, We’d urge you to attend.
