If you are looking for an opportunity to help with clean-up efforts from the hurricane, besides just the trails, the Nolichucky Restoration Project is likely planning to complete clean-ups twice a month on the last two weekends of the month from now until May. Fortunately, there are land-based opportunities on each clean-up, so don’t feel like you can’t help if you don’t boat or want to get in the river. You can follow them through Facebook or Instagram.
