This is a property of type Text. It is used to list the updates needed for the trail page. Intent is to make it easier to find trails that need various updates.
Please try to reuse existing tags as possible

Note: "Update 1" is being used as flag that page has been reviewed and tweaked with format current with 03 October 2015. Idea is that as format ideas are updated, the target flag can be updated (e.g. Update 7). Then searching for pages not tagged with the "current" flag can be done and modified.
