The TEHCC is guided by a Steering Committee comprised of Eastman employees or retirees. Each year, a Chair is selected to lead the Steering Committee. Steering Committee members usually serve two-year terms (sometimes the Chair can serve a third year). The TEHCC has several other positions that support the Steering Committee.
