Trail Overview[edit]
Alternate option to access Molly's Knob Trail and the Vista Trail. It could also serve as an extension to the Lake Trail Loop.
How To Get There[edit]
Not directly accessible from the main park area!
The trail head is at the boat launch area near Mitchell Valley Rd and 750.
- Before reaching Camp Burson while traveling North on Old Lake Rd. Turn Right onto 617 when the convenience store is on your left.
- Turn left on to Mitchell Valley Rd.
- Turn left on to W Lake View Ln.
- Turn left to the boat ramp access, parking halfway to the boat launch area.
Route Description[edit]
The route has a few stream crossings and accesses Lake Trail Loop and Molly's Knob Trail.
Typical Conditions[edit]
Trails appear to be well maintained, well blazed, and found to be easily navigated. All trail intersections are well marked.
