This creates the link to http://gpsvisualizer.com with the desired settings for generating a profile chart of a provided GeoJson page (KML text left out of laziness). The chart can be saved for the page but is also the source of information of distance and elevations.
It should be called in the following format:
{{Create Profile Link|KML= |Title=<Optional>}}
The parameter "KML" (GeoJson) is required for output.
