Tennessee
- Turkey: Saturday closest to April 1 through mid May
- Deer: Fourth Saturday in September through the First Sunday in January (various forms during this period)
- Small Game: Fourth Saturday in August through the last Saturday in April
Virginia There is no Sunday hunting (pg. 16 of below link) except by written permission of a private landowner.
- Bear: Aug 8-Sept 26 (Hounds), Oct 10-11 (youth), Oct 3-Nov 13 (archery), Nov 7-13 (muzzleloader), Oct 1-Jan 2 (firearms)
- Deer: October 3 thru January 2
North Carolina
- Bear: October 12-November 21, December 14-January 1
- Deer: Sept 26 (youth), September 12-November 6 (archery), September 28-October 10 (Muzzleloader), November 23-December 12 (gun)
