DESCRIPTION:Join us for this 4.9-mile out-and-back trail near Erwin\, Tenne
 ssee in the Unaka Mountain Wilderness. Generally considered a moderately c
 hallenging route with 1\,154 ft of elevation gain\, it takes an average of
  2 h 37 min to complete. This route offers a steady incline over a trail t
 hat is 95% rocks and roots. There are four water crossings on the way up. 
 Please dress accordingly. Trail concludes at the waterfall. The trailhead 
 is near the campsite\, and we will make sure to pay the $2.00 day fee whic
 h is based on the honor system. Rattlesnake Ridge trail also leaves from t
 his recreation area if the group wants to extend the hike. Dogs are welcom
 e but must be on a leash.\n\n&nbsp\;
