DESCRIPTION:&lt\;p&gt\;Again\, this year we are going to partner with Keep 
 Kingsport Beautiful and Kingsport Stormwater Department for a float trip a
 nd cleaning of 2 ¾ mile section of Reedy Creek from the Greenbelt parking
  lot on Holston Valley Dr to Greenbelt trailhead on W Industry Dr. When w
 alking and biking Kingsport Greenbelt during my lunch hour before I retire
 d\, I never gave much thought to paddling Reedy Creek. After following ht
 tps://floatthebeaver.com in Knox County\,the last few years (150 paddlers
  @ last year’s flotilla\, 5th year). I see the potential of Reedy Creek
  for those living in Kingsport area.During cleanup last year Noli was 520 
 CFS\, N Fork Holston @ Gate City 207 CFS. We only had 2 places we could no
