DESCRIPTION:Whitewater Class I-II We will meet at Riverside Park in Elizabe
 thton\,TN behind the Ballpark at 3:00 P.M. Bi-weekly on Saturdays all summ
 er!\n\nThis is a dam released river so please be prepared for very cold wa
 ter by bringing warm gear to wear no matter how hot the weather is for you
 r own safety against hypothermia (paddling tops\, bottoms & shoes.  No fli
 p flops\, crocks or cotton clothing). \nMust have proper whitewater gear t
 o gosuch as helmet\, spray skirt\, flotation & a Type III PFD along with a
  boat that is designed for whitewater.\n  Contact Debbie if you need anyth
 ing or have questions.\n\nAlso we stop for a break about half way so don
 ’t forget your power snacks! We are usually off the water by 7:00 P.M. o
 r so and then we can go for dinner in town. :-)\n \nDirections: Turn at th
 e Miso Teriyaki House\, 421 W Elk Ave\, Elizabethton\, TN 37643 onto Chero
 kee Park Dr/ W.Mill Street\, you will see a sign on the left that says Car
 men Dugger Sports Complex after you pass the Tractor Supply. Take the firs
 t street on Left onto Ash Street. Follow that street to the end and you wi
 ll see the river. Turn left onto W Riverside Dr and pull into the small pa
