 nable to socially distance from others and during shuttles.  Please be su
 pportive of this for everyone's welfare. :-)Please beprepared for cold wat
 er and wear appropriate gear. PFD's\, Helmets & Spray Skirts are required.
  If you aren't sure or need anything contact Deb and we can all bring extr
 a cold water gear.We stop for a break about halfway down so don't forget y
 our power snacks! We are usually off the water by 7:00 or so and after we 
 get back to the Ballpark & transfer boats back to our vehicles by 7:30-ish
 . Directions: FromW Elk Ave in Elizabethton Turn at the MISO Teriyaki Hous
 e onto West Mill Street.Take the first street on Left onto Ash Street. Fol
 low that street to the end and you will see the river. Turn left and pull 
 into the small paved parking area near a covered picnic area. Look for boa
