SUMMARY:AT - Chestoa Bridge to Nolichucky Ridge Cliff
DESCRIPTION:The hike will start at the bridge across the Nolichucky river i
 n Erwin (Google Maps title is AT Trailhead at Chestoa).  We will hike up 
 the ridge to see the views over the Nolichucky river.  The hike is very u
 phill (around 1000 ft of gain)\, but is not overly steep due to the switch
 backs cut into the ridge.  The full hike will be an in and out hike aroun
 d 3.5 miles\, but can be shortened if the group needs to turn around early
 .\n\nThe group will meet at the trailhead at 9am.  Carpooling from Kingsp
 ort/Johnson City can be arranged\, just let the hike leader know if you wo
 uld like to carpool.  We plan to be back to the cars with plenty of time 
 to get home for lunch\, but bring water/snacks for the hike.
