Appalachian Trail Conservancy - The governing body for the AT. Good AT resources but connection does not work from the Eastman internal network.

Mountain Hiking Club - A hiking club that also maintains a section of the AT.

Carolina Mountain Club - A hiking club that also maintains the section of the AT to our immediate south.

Mount Rogers Appalachian Trail Club - A hiking club that also maintains the section of the AT to our immediate north.

EveryTrail - A Hike tracking website that plays nice with handheld GPS or smart phones. Search for hikes and see tracks and pictures. With a free registration download GPS tracks. Paid content for Phones/tablets, free over internet.

Trails.com - Access to material from published guidbooks. Paid service with free trial.
