General note: you can add captions to the gallery images on the page to help people know what they're looking at. See the Sinking Waters page for an example. --Tim 08:56, 7 March 2011 (EST)
Similar question: Should we take out "Trail Number" from the template? Are we going to number the trails? If yes, then would have to go back and touch each of the infoboxes. If no, then we have to go remove the variable from each of the infoboxes. Since we have to edit each trail to give it a number, then I recommend dropping this variable from the template until we decide it has usefulness Vhasler 12:59, 7 March 2011 (EST)
:I see no value in numbering our trails. Hassle to create and manage and no benefit. If there was some standard trail numbering to reference, maybe like in a trails list or some maps supplier. Both this and the season doesn't make sense in our area. All of our trails are accessible all year and there are no trail number standards to reference. I'll take a look at removing it. It's a good thing to do before we get too far. I think I've seen on wikipedia that when something sweeping like this gets changed, you have a bot run through and add a template to each page, then as you take the action, you delete the template. The wiki has built in ways to see pages of certain template references so you can easily know which ones need to be updated still. Anything to add if I start messing with the infobox? --Tim 13:24, 7 March 2011 (EST)
