The
Tennessee Eastman Hiking and Canoeing Club (TEHCC) has been providing
adventures for outdoor enthusiasts of northeast Tennessee and southwest
Virginia since 1946. Headquartered
in Kingsport, Tennessee, the club is organized under the auspices of the
Eastman Chemical Company Recreation Club.
The TEHCC’s objectives are to provide hiking and paddling
opportunities for its membership and to maintain the local hiking trails
for which it has responsibility.
