A weekend on the Hiwassee River!
We’re planing on driving down on Friday afternoon and campat Gee Creek Campground. It is a very nice facility with full amenities.
Saturday: We’ll first go to the Farmer’s Market where they have incredible CinnamonRolls!
Meeting at the Put-In at 2:00 after the main crowds have already gone down.
After the river trip we’ll find a placeto eat that evening. A campfire will be great afterwards and I’m bringing my pie Irons!!
Sunday: Either paddle another run or drive home, it’s up to you!
