Editing Template:Trail page needs

<noinclude>This is the trail page needs template. It is expected to be called on trail pages to list the needs of the page. If used, it will list what the page needs and tag the property [[Property:Trail page needs|Trail page needs]]. Other is expected to be a semicolon (';') separated list of additional needs. The comment field is not a "property" and expected to be used to store general notes or clarifications of needs. Date reviewed is a flag used to indicate (and search for) old major layouts. Enter the date the page was reviewed for needs, it will be stored in [[Property:Page needs reviewed on]]. See [[Property:Trail page needs|Trail page needs]] for the current and previous designations.

It is expected to be used in the following format. '''Note:''' an empty assignment is needed to not invoke the need. "True" (or really anything) is needed to request the need.
